I provide overnight housesitting, overnight pet sitting, and constant care. Local to the Vancouver, WA/PDX area, I serve the below outlined local and metro areas. Note: Pricing will be higher on apps in order to recoup the 20-30% commissions Rover and Meowtel take on top of services fees charged to clients.

Services:
Overnight Petsitting
Overnight petcare, guaranteed overnight stays and weekdays working from location 8 hours a day. No hourly guarantees with base pricing and no constant care (20+ hrs in home) provided with traveler locations. Ensures all pets in the home are taken care of and the home is safe and secure. Includes typical daily household duties such as mail, plants, etc.
Overnight Housesitting
For houses with no active, involved pet care (maximum level of pet care provided is fish). If you’re heading on vacation and want someone to take care of plants, mail, ponds, etc., and keeping your home safe and secure.
Constant Care
Only provided locally, constant care (no leaving) for up to 6 hours and up to 12 hours in your home. Typically has been provided for puppies and anxious pets. I will stay and care of your furry friends needs while you’re gone. I may work remote from your location. Pricing is dependent on hourly requirements. Requires minimum of 1 week notice.
Payment
I take payment in the form of Venmo, check, or cash. A 45% deposit is taken after a meet & greet, with the remaining 55% to be received within 3 days of service being completed.

- One week or longer notice: Full deposit refund
- Less than one week notice: 10% of full fee is retained, 35% of full fee (aka remainder of deposit) refunded
- Less than 48hrs notice: 45% of full fee is retained, 0% of deposit fee (none of the deposit) is refunded
Traveler Area
- Two weeks or longer notice: Full deposit refund
- 7-13 days notice: 10% of full fee is retained, 35% of full fee (aka remainder of deposit) refunded
- Less than one week notice: 45% of full fee is retained, 0% of deposit fee (none of the deposit) is refunded
